We’ve been planning this episode for a few weeks and with the recent comments made by Russell Berger formerly of CrossFit HQ and it being Pride Month, we decided this needed to get recorded and be shared with our community.

Jorge and David have both been members of our community for quite some time. Jorge is a fitness enthusiast who has participated in CrossFit, Weightlifting, and Powerlifting. David holds multiple state powerlifting records across 2 weight classes and holds a world record in the deadlift.
